Who we are

Onyx Rift is run by Onyx Rift Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17518244). Our registered office is 7 Blighs Walk, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1DB. We are the controller of the personal data described here, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC281293). What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign up for launch updates on this site.
• Sign-up details that our email platform records with it: when you signed up and your consent to hear from us.
• Email activity, such as whether our emails are delivered, opened or clicked. Our email platform may record this.
• Anything you send us when you email us directly, such as your name, email address and message.

We are not selling anything on this site yet, so we do not collect payment or delivery details.

How we use it, and why we're allowed to

• Launch updates and marketing emails: news about GYM and COMBAT, early access and offers. We rely on your consent, which you give when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Replying to you when you contact us. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive.

Who we share it with

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, based in France) to store our mailing list and send our emails. Brevo processes your data only on our instructions. It holds data in the European Union, which the UK recognises as giving adequate protection. See Brevo's privacy policy.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of your address on a suppression list so that we don't email you again. We keep emails you send us for as long as we need them to deal with your message.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. To unsubscribe, use the link at the bottom of any of our emails. For anything else, email contact@onyxrift.com. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The sign-up form is provided by Brevo, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address so that it can deliver them.

Social media

Links to Instagram and TikTok take you to those platforms. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes

We will update this page when we start taking orders, and whenever how we use your data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
